Delivery &returns

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. A tracking link is sent once your parcel is on its way.

Free delivery is available on orders over £150. Below this, a modest shipping fee is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

If an item is unused and unwashed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please keep original packaging where possible and contact us to arrange a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for this to appear.

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch within 48 hours with photographs so we can put it right.
