Process
Processing & Tracking
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days. During launches, sales or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Tracking information will be emailed once the parcel has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and some remote postcodes may take longer and may carry a different charge shown at checkout.
If a product is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date shown on that product page takes priority over the standard delivery estimate.
If an order contains a pre-order item, we may hold the full order and send it together unless we agree otherwise with you.
